CORONAVIRUS, COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 WAIVER
By signing this Waiver, I am entering my name as an electronic signature that I ACKNOWLEDGE the contagious nature of SARS-CoV-2 and VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK that I may be exposed to or infected by coronavirus during travel.
I understand that traveling during a Pandemic is a risk and such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death to myself, my spouse, my children, guests, unborn child, relatives, or others.
I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by coronavirus during travel may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself or others and will not hold All About Vacations liable for any risk.
I understand that each country has its own set of regulations needed for incoming travelers and that I may be required to be tested before or during travel to enter a country.
I acknowledge that I legally have to give factual answers to my past or current health on any questionnaires.
I understand that should I test positive or have any other symptoms that the country can deny my entry, departure or be quarantined at my own expense.
I understand that some countries may require extra insurance, paperwork or information to approve my entry to the country. As regulations are ever changing,
I understand it is my sole responsibility to be up to date on the protocols of the Continent, Country, State, Province or City I am visiting and will not hold All About Vacations liable for errors or omissions of information nor any illness that could result in death.
I understand and voluntarily accept and assume all the foregoing risks related to SARS-Cov-2 by accepting sole responsibility for any injury, illness or death that may occur in connection with my travel as well as any related expenses.
I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and agree to indemnify, and hold harmless All About Vacations and its employees, agents, suppliers and representatives of and from any loss or claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
